Move with your breath and get out of your head for an hour. Vinyasa is our bread & butter — dynamic sequences that build heat, strength, and the kind of focus you can't get from a screen. Every class is different because every day you're different.
Expect: Sun salutations, standing flows, creative transitions, savasana you'll actually want to stay in.
Slow way down. Like, way down. Yin holds poses for 3-5 minutes to work into the deep connective tissue most of us completely ignore. It's not lazy — it's the hardest thing you'll do all week: be still with yourself.
Expect: Long-held floor poses, bolsters & props galore, dim lights, possibly an existential revelation.
This is the yoga equivalent of a weighted blanket. You'll be fully supported by props in gentle shapes designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system. Translation: your body remembers how to actually relax.
Expect: Blanket nests, eye pillows, 4-5 supported poses, permission to do absolutely nothing.
Never done yoga? Start here. No pretzel shapes required. We break down the fundamental poses so you know what you're doing and why. It's a no-judgment zone where "I don't know what I'm doing" is the whole point.
Expect: Clear instruction, pose breakdowns, lots of modifications, a warm welcome.
Your body is doing something wild right now — this class meets you where you are. Gentle movement, breath work, and community with others on the same journey. Taught by instructors who specialize in prenatal care.
Expect: Modified poses, pelvic floor work, breathing techniques, solidarity.
Pay what you can, show up as you are. Our Saturday morning class is open to everyone — donation-based, no membership needed. This is yoga the way it should be: accessible, inclusive, and a little sweaty.
Expect: Mixed-level flow, community vibes, good music, Saturday morning energy.
"You don't need to touch your toes. You just need to show up."
Two days of guided meditation, breathwork basics, and building a home practice you'll actually stick with. No incense required (but we won't stop you).
Bring a friend, partner, or brave stranger. Learn supported poses, build trust through movement, and laugh a lot. Zero experience required from either party.
Pranayama beyond the basics. Explore techniques from multiple traditions, understand the science, and feel the shift in your nervous system in real time.
Demystify the upside-down. Progressive drills, wall work, spotter techniques, and the physics of balancing on your hands. Falling is part of the curriculum.
